Chris Waddle

Waddle started off his successful career at Newcastle United between 1980 and 1985 before moving on to sign for Spurs in 1985. His great play for Spurs earned him a place in the England team during the 1986 world cup finals and Euro 88. He signed for Marseille of France for £4.5 million and made a huge impression at the club. He played for England during the 1990 world cup finals, missing the penalty in the shoot out against West Germany in the semi finals. He enjoyed an incredible season during the 1990 – 1991 campaign while playing in France and signed for Sheffield Wednesday in the summer of 1992, helping the club reach the final of the FA Cup and league cup in 1993. After a short spell playing for Falkirk, he moved onto o sign for Burnley in May 1997 and acted as player – manager at the club, helping them avoid relegation at the end of the season.

 

Mark Robertson

Mark Robertson is an Australian football player who moved to England in 1997, signing for Burnley. He went on to spend two years playing for the club between 1997 and 1999 before playing for a variety of clubs in Britain, including, Swindon Town, Dundee, St Johnston and Stockport County. He made international appearances for Australia in 2001.
